SHIPPING

We currently ship only to countries in the European Union, United Kingdom and the United States.

2 working days for orders with 1-10 items

7 working days for orders with 11 – 100 items

12 working days for order with 100 + items. 

 Once processed, your order should typically arrive within 4-8 working days. Occasionally it may take a little longer to reach you, especially if it’s a larger order – if you still haven’t received your order after 14 working days, please get in touch with our customer service.

PO BOX

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes. As you might understand it is a risky business to send skincare products to an unreliable environment.

TRACKING ORDERS

You’ll be sent a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
If your tracking number isn’t working or you haven’t received it, please reach out to our customer service and we will further assist.

RETURNS

We can only accept returns for damaged or faulty items. If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, it’s crucial to report this as soon as possible to ensure that we can take appropriate action.

support@gracedskinsolutions.com or send us a message. We aim to get back to you within 7 working days to discuss the next steps, which may include a refund or replacement depending on the situation.

TERMS OF RETURN

The Company shall only accept returns of Products that have been deemed non-conforming with the terms of this Agreement. For avoidance of doubt, the following non-conformities shall be considered as non-compliant with the terms of this Agreement:

Printing defects exist on the Product packaging;

Product damage has been sustained upon delivery;

Wrong Product has been delivered;

Non-conformities related to the quality of the Product with Product description;

Other defects related to the manufacturing process.

The customer must notify the Company of any defects or non-conformities within 7 days of delivery of the Products. The Company will investigate the issue and may replace or refund the damaged Products, at their discretion. The customer must return the damaged Products to the Company in the original, unused and unopened packaging.

THE PRODUCTS

These cosmetic products are not food products and cannot be used for human consumption. The Company has taken all necessary steps to ensure that the design of the Products sold and, in particular, their type, smell, colour, appearance, amount or size is not confused with food products and does not pose a risk to human health and safety.

The Company does not allow misleading claims about the effectiveness and other characteristics of the Product, as well as complies with good manufacturing practices in the production of cosmetics Products.

BOOKINGS

A deposit is required to secure all makeup and facials bookings.

  • £10 deposit for makeup bookings,
  • £20 deposit for facials bookings.

All Balances to be paid on the day of the makeup or facials session.

CANCELLATIONS

No refunds for makeup or facials deposits unless cancelled 14 days prior to booked session or therapist cancels the session by reason.

Customer can change their booked session to another preferred date.
